Meet Josh
Our owner, Josh Lancaster, brings over a decade of experience operating heavy equipment and managing businesses in Johnson City and the Tri-Cities. In addition to leading Lancaster Outdoor Solutions, he is also the co-owner and founder of Online Business Solutions, a marketing agency based in Johnson City, TN. His unique background combines technical skill with business expertise, giving him the ability to run a dependable, efficient, and client-focused service company.
Josh lives in Blountville with his wife, their two children, and two English labs. Outside of work, he is actively involved in local charities and his church, reflecting his belief in serving both his clients and his community with integrity and fairness.
