  • Yes, we provide free estimates for all mowing, landscaping, and pressure washing services. In many cases, we can provide a quote quickly using satellite measurements, but we may ask a few follow-up questions to ensure accuracy.

  • Pricing is based on property size, terrain, accessibility, and the current condition of the lawn or landscape. First-time cuts or overgrown properties may require additional time and cost.

  • Your service day of the week will vary based on weather and scheduling routes. We do try to keep your service the same day of the week but that can vary based on external factors. We do text you the day before each service.

  • We offer weekly and bi-weekly mowing services, as well as one-time cuts.

    An important note about bi-weekly mowing: bi-weekly mowing is available for select properties, but it’s important to understand how it impacts your lawn.

    When grass is cut less frequently, it grows longer and retains more moisture, especially in shaded areas. This leads to heavier clippings, increased cleanup, and a less consistent finish.

    Because of the additional time and effort required, bi-weekly service is priced higher than weekly maintenance.

    For most lawns in our area, weekly service delivers the best results, providing a cleaner cut, healthier turf, and a consistently well-maintained appearance.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

  • Yes, Lancaster Outdoor Solutions is fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

  • Overgrown lawns may require a first-time cleanup fee to bring the property back to a maintainable condition. After that, regular pricing will apply.

  • If weather prevents us from servicing your property, we will reschedule you for the next available day and communicate any changes.

  • No, you do not need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being serviced. We just ask that gates are unlocked and pets are secured.

  • Please make sure the yard is clear of toys, debris, and obstacles. This helps us work efficiently and prevents damage to your property or our equipment.

  • We accept cash, check, Venmo, and credit/debit cards. Payment can be made on-site, or we can email you an invoice for convenient online payment.

  • We do not require long-term contracts for residential services. However, recurring clients are scheduled first and receive priority during the busy season.
